Marc Litvinoff

President

Marc Litvinoff was appointed President of ORC International in July 2010. He has primary accountability for the global strategic direction of the company and oversees business growth across the Americas, Europe and the Asia Pacific region. Mr. Litvinoff is a respected industry leader with twenty years experience in business & market research, research advisory services, and consulting. Most recently, he was Chief Executive Officer of Guideline, a business and market research company that provided services to many of the Fortune 1000. Prior to that, he was the Chief Executive Officer of RHK, an advisory and research services provider. He also held executive positions at Knowledge Networks and Gartner Inc, including Senior Vice President of Gartner's Technology Provider Group and Worldwide Director for Dataquest Research Operations.

Walter Dempsey

Senior Vice President, General Manager

Walter Dempsey is General Manager of ORC International—a position he has held since 2003. Walter has been with ORC International for over 20 years, starting in the company's Financial Services Group, where he specialized in international research. He leads an organization that includes more than 75 research professionals who respond to over 50,000 requests each year from clients in the Consumer Products & Services, Healthcare, Private Equity, Financial Services, and Professional Services industries.

Warren Frankel

Senior Vice President, Director of US Operations

Warren Frankel has been with ORC International since 1993. During his tenure, he has served in a variety of research, operations and management capacities. Today, Warren spends his time in two primary areas: working with several of ORC International's clients in the exploration of their strategic research issues, and overseeing ORC International's U.S. operations, including survey execution, data management, reporting tool and product development, and systems infrastructure. Though quite varied in their nature, Mr. Frankel enjoys balancing his multiple accountabilities because he believes that the diverse perspectives he has gained through dual focus have afforded him the opportunity to provide maximum value to ORC International and its clients on a day-to-day basis. Mr. Frankel has co-authored several white papers on a variety of customer issues as well as presented at several industry conferences. He has a BA in Russian Civilization from The University of Chicago as well as an MBA from Columbia University in New York.

Anita Huffman

Vice President, Human Resources

Anita Huffman has accountability for all of ORC International's Human Resources functions in the US, and acts as liaison with international locations to ensure consistency of approach and best practices. In this role, she is the primary consultant to ORC International's US Leadership and management teams on policy administration and development, employee relations, performance management, compensation administration, communications, and recruiting. Anita has over 16 years of Human Resources experience and holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation. She joined ORC International in 1993.

Christina Hungspruke

Senior Director of Corporate Marketing

Christina Hungspruke oversees ORC International's US Marketing operations and is accountable for activities supporting lead generation, customer acquisition and retention, and corporate branding and messaging. In her role, she is responsible for all online, social, and print properties for the US., and also acts a s liaison to the UK Marketing team to ensure consistent processes and messaging worldwide. Ms. Hungspruke joined ORC International in 2008 and holds a BS from Villanova University and MBA from Drexel University.

Stacy S. Lee

Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

Stacy Lee oversees the Company’s global financial/accounting functions across the Americas, Europe and the Asia Pacific region.  Since appointed the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in 2007, Stacy has accountabilities over several acquisitions and post-merger integration for both domestic and international entities. Ms. Lee holds a B.A. in Chinese Literature from National Taiwan University and an MBA from Cornell University.  She is also a Certified Public Accountant for both New York and New Jersey.

Dave Magnani

Senior Vice President, General Manager

Dave Magnani is a General Manager of ORC International—a position he has held since 2003. He has over 20 years of diverse industry experience in the research and consulting industry, including a distinguished tenure with McKinsey & Company. In his current role, he is responsible for leading ORC International's research professionals focused on meeting the needs of clients in the Legal, Industrial, Technology, Utilities and Energy, Infrastructure, Telecom, Aerospace and Defense industries. Mr. Magnani is also responsible for The Intota Network (www.intota.com), ORC International's network of over 15,000 rigorously screened peer-recommended experts offering Expert Consulting, Expert Witness Services, and Expert Research to businesses around the world.

Jeffrey T. Resnick

Global Managing Director, Innovation and Partnerships

Jeff Resnick is a member of ORC International's U.S. and Worldwide management teams with responsibility for developing and driving growth strategies through innovation and partnerships. Currently, Mr. Resnick is focused on the development of social research services to help clients successfully navigate and leverage the exploding world of social media. In addition, he is responsible for the development and continued growth of the Company's partnership with CNN and has helped build the CNN/ORC International poll into a global brand. He is also responsible for ORC International's partnership with NYSE Euronext on its annual CEO Report, a report that brings the viewpoints of some of the world's best business minds to a public forum. Outside of his corporate responsibilities, Mr. Resnick serves on the Board of CASRO (Council of American Survey Research Organizations), the leading trade association for the research industry.
