Gerard Miodus
President, ORC
Gerard Miodus is a respected industry leader with more than 25 years of market research experience. He has served in a wide variety of research and management positions with ORC since joining the company in 1982. Appointed President of ORC in December 2006 after its acquisition by Infogroup, Mr. Miodus has primary accountability for the global strategic direction of the company and oversees business growth across the Americas, Europe and the Asia-Pacific region. Mr. Miodus also serves as a member of Infogroup's senior management team.
Walter Dempsey
General Manager, Business Research
Walter Dempsey is a General Manager of ORC's Business Research Division, a position he has held since 2003. Walter has been with ORC for over 20 years, starting in the company's Financial Services Group, where he specialized in international research. He leads an organization that includes more than 75 research professionals who respond to over 50,000 requests each year from clients in the Consumer Products & Services, Healthcare, Private Equity, Financial Services, and Professional Services industries.
Warren Frankel
SVP, Director of US Operations
Warren has been with ORC since 1993. During his tenure, he has served in a variety of research, operations and management capacities. Today, Warren spends his time in two primary areas: working with several of ORC's clients in the exploration of their strategic research issues, and overseeing ORC's U.S. operations, including survey execution, data management, reporting tool and product development, and systems infrastructure. Though quite varied in their nature, Warren enjoys balancing his multiple accountabilities because he believes that the diverse perspectives he has gained through dual focus have afforded him the opportunity to provide maximum value to ORC and its clients on a day-to-day basis. Warren has co-authored several white papers on a variety of customer issues as well as presented at several industry conferences. He has a BA in Russian Civilization from The University of Chicago as well as an MBA from Columbia University in New York.
Richard Forzani
Vice President, Sales & Business Development
Richard Forzani joined ORC in October 2005 and oversees all of ORC's sales and business development activities including strategy and methodology as well as overall development of the sales force. He has 25 years of direct sales and sales management experience, with the second half of his career focusing on research and consulting services.
Prior to ORC, Rich spent four years as SVP Business Development at marketing agency Euro RSCG 4D, as well as 12 years with Xerox Corporation. Additionally, he developed his experience in research and consulting services sales during a distinguished tenure at Gartner, Inc., Big-Four consultancy Bearing Point, and Cambridge Technology Partners.
Anita Huffman
Vice President, Human Resources
Ms. Huffman has accountability for all of ORC's Human Resources functions in the US, and acts as liaison with international locations to ensure consistency of approach and best practices. In this role, she is the primary consultant to ORC's US Leadership and management teams on policy administration and development, employee relations, performance management, compensation administration, communications, and recruiting. Anita has over 16 years of Human Resources experience and holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation. She joined ORC in 1993.
Stacy S. Lee
Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer
Stacy Lee oversees the global financial/accounting functions of ORC. In 2007, she was appointed ORC's SVP and Chief Financial Officer, placing increased focus on the company's international business units. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Dave Magnani
General Manager, Business Research
Dave Magnani is a General Manager of ORC's Business Research Division, a position he has held since 2003. He has over 20 years of diverse industry experience in the research and consulting industry, including a distinguished tenure with McKinsey & Company. In his current role, he is responsible for leading ORC research professionals focused on meeting the needs of clients in the Legal, Industrial, Technology, Utilities and Energy, Infrastructure, Telecom, Aerospace and Defense industries. Dave is also responsible for The Intota Network (www.intota.com), ORC's network of over 15,000 rigorously screened peer-recommended experts offering Expert Consulting, Expert Witness Services, and Expert Research to businesses around the world.
Jeffrey T. Resnick
President, US Market Research Group, ORC
In addition to his role as President of ORC's US Market Research Group, Mr. Resnick oversees the company's Corporate Reputation and Branding practice. During his more than 20 years with ORC, Mr. Resnick has provided strategic direction to domestic and international clients in a variety of industries on issues such as enhancing brand value, reputation management, strategic market positioning and market segmentation.
