Jeffrey T. Resnick

President, US Market Research Group, Opinion Research Corporation

In addition to his role as President of Opinion Research Corporation's US Market Research Group, Mr. Resnick oversees the company's Corporate Reputation and Branding practice. During his more than twenty years with Opinion Research Corporation, Mr. Resnick has provided strategic direction to domestic and international clients in a variety of industries on issues such as enhancing brand value, reputation management, strategic market positioning and market segmentation.

Linda G. Shea

Global Managing Director of Customer Strategies, Opinion Research Corporation

Ms. Shea provides leadership and direction to the organization's global focus on customer strategy and management. She has spent the last 20 years helping organizations maximize customer relationships in ways that impact the overall performance of their business by helping them identify, attract, retain, segment, up-sell and cross-sell customers.

Ms. Shea has extensive experience in a range of industries including healthcare, distribution, utilities, retail, professional services, transportation, industrial products and services, financial services, technology, telecommunications, chemicals and plastics. She has authored several articles and has been quoted in publications such as Business Week, The New York Times, Global Services Magazine and Industrial Distribution Magazine.

Christine W. Dalzell, Ph.D.

General Manager, Market Research, ORC Guideline

Dr. Dalzell is responsible for the day-to-day management of ORC Guideline's Custom Research division in New York, and has general oversight of the Chicago office. Since joining ORC Guideline, she has led research projects for a broad range of industries, with particular focus in pharmaceuticals and healthcare, consumer packaged goods and health and beauty aids. Dr. Dalzell has extensive expertise in research design, statistical modeling and data analysis, including cluster analysis/segmentation, multiple regression, path analysis, structural equation modeling and preference modeling. She holds a doctorate in social psychology from the University of Delaware.

Costas Pavlides

General Manager, Market Research, ORC Guideline

Mr. Pavlides oversees ORC Guideline's Boston-based Custom Market Research Group. He joined ORC Guideline in April 2005 following the company's acquisition of Atlantic Research & Consulting. In addition to managing business development and operations, Mr. Pavlides oversees key client accounts in the Financial Services and Consumer Goods & Services verticals and has worked extensively with clients in these industries. Notable areas of concentration include customer satisfaction and loyalty, brand strategies, advertising effectiveness, and product development and positioning. In the recent past, Mr. Pavlides assisted a leading national bank with a significant volume of research related to customer satisfaction and loyalty, including comprehensive studies related to the financial impact of problem incidence and attrition among account holders.

Rebecca Elmore-Yalch

Senior Vice President, Opinion Research Corporation

Ms. Yalch has been with ORC since its 2007 acquisition of Northwest Research Group, which she founded in 1985. She brings more than 25 years of marketing research and strategic planning expertise to her role as Senior Vice President with oversight of ORC offices in the Pacific Northwest. A respected leader in public policy research, most notably in the transportation field, Ms. Yalch served as Principal Investigator on two Transportation Research Board projects prior to joining ORC. She has also developed and implemented strategic research and public policy studies for transportation agencies nationwide, including the Chicago Transit Authority's ongoing program for customer satisfaction measurement, Oregon Department of Transportation's Mobility Survey, and the Federal Highway Administration's 2005 Traveler Opinion and Perception (TOP) Survey.

Ms. Yalch's work has run the gamut of complex quantitative and qualitative projects, including the development of innovative research solutions such as ORC's CSMPactor™, CityMARKS™, and SoundStats™. She is one of the founding members of the Puget Sound Research Forum, now one of the largest marketing organizations in the Seattle area. Prior to Northwest Research Group's acquisition by ORC, Ms. Yalch was named Woman Business Owner of the Year in the Boise Area and recognized by the Southern Idaho Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO).

Slade Kobran

SVP & Director of Marketing, Opinion Research Corporation

Mr. Kobran oversees Marketing initiatives for ORC on a global basis. His twenty years of Marketing experience in business services companies encompasses product management, strategic marketing, strategic planning and business development responsibilities. He joined ORC in 2007 and has been with infoGroup since 2006.

Manuel R. Flores

VP and Practice Director, Technology Market Insights, Opinion Research Corporation

Mr. Flores specializes in providing actionable, timely, fact-based business insight to a wide range of IT firms. He has successfully executed global research engagements for some of the world's largest technology companies, helping them to solve business challenges impacting their corporate brand and reputation, customer loyalty, customer satisfaction and market strategies.

James Weber

SVP, Information Technology and Operations, Opinion Research Corporation

Mr. Weber is responsible for ORC's back-office operations in the United States including web and telephone data collection, data processing and reporting as well as the underlying technologies that support ORC's US business. Mr. Weber has been bringing technology innovation to the research industry for twenty-five years.

Sherrie Binke

Senior Vice President, Director of Research Services, Opinion Research Corporation

Ms. Binke has been with Opinion Research Corporation since 1990. In addition to her role as SVP of Research Services, she manages all phases of consumer, healthcare and business-to-business research studies. Ms. Binke specializes in developing methodologies for in-depth, one-on-one qualitative and focus group interviewing, mall, telephone and online interviews. She also plays a key role in hiring personnel best suited to meet specific client service and research needs.

Morris S. Whitcup, Ph.D.

Chief Research Officer, ORC Guideline

Dr. Whitcup has extensive hands-on experience in both marketing research and management consulting, working closely with clients to develop creative research designs and innovative approaches to research problems. During the course of his career, he has conducted and consulted on an estimated 4,000+ studies.

Since receiving his Ph.D. in Social Psychology from Columbia University, Dr. Whitcup has held senior executive positions with several research and consulting firms, including AHF/Macro, Lieberman Research and Custom Research, Inc.

He has extensive experience in a wide variety of strategic studies , with emphasis on pharmaceuticals, medical devices and consumer packaged goods

Dr. Whitcup is an acknowledged expert in consumer comprehension relating to labeling and REMS (Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategies) materials.
