ORC serves a diverse range of public and private sector organizations in the healthcare space, including hospitals, health clinics and centers, and regulatory agencies. We also deliver independent, fact-based research for pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, device and disposable product manufacturers, hospitals, distributors, health insurance companies and regulatory agencies. Additionally, we provide insight into the constituencies served by our clients, including physicians and other healthcare professionals, non-clinical decision-makers (e.g., hospital administrators, finance and purchasing officials), patients and caregivers, intermediaries (e.g., managed care medical directors, pharmacy directors, group purchasing organizations, distributors, etc.), key opinion leaders and government officials.

ORC has conducted a significant number of studies targeting highly specialized audiences, such as limited English proficiency, low literacy, rural and low income, sufferer populations, and other hard-to-reach groups. Our research projects have included Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System (BRFSS), community engagement, patient experience and satisfaction (including CAHPS* and HCAHPS) and program evaluation/social marketing surveys.
